I help organisations figure out how AI changes what they do and who does it.
I work across strategy, operations, training and product. I've spent 15 years connecting these things in agencies, consultancies and the organisations they serve. Now I focus on the part that matters most: making AI work inside real teams, with real constraints, on real problems.
The interesting question isn't what AI can do. It's what changes when your organisation starts using it properly — in hiring, in client work, in how teams are structured, in what you stop doing. I write about this regularly.
Read my thinking →I design how teams work with AI. I train them to do it. I build the systems that make it stick. The range matters because the gap between strategy and implementation is where most AI adoption goes to die.

If you've got a challenge that sounds like it might be in my territory, I'd like to hear about it.
